Ingredients

  • 4 pork escalopes (about 500 grams / (17 1/2 ounces))
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 egg
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Nutmeg (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • Juice of one lemon
  • Vegetable oil for frying

    Directions

    Step 1


    1. Season the escalopes with salt, pepper, nutmeg, lemon juice and sliced garlics. Let marinate about one to two hours.

    Step 2


    1. Coat the escalopes in beaten egg and then in breadcrumbs. Heat over medium-low heat the oil in a frying pan. When the oil is hot, add the breaded escalopes and fry them on both sides until golden. When they are fried, put them in a platter over absorbent paper.

    Step 3


    1. Serve the breaded escalopes with carrot rice and lettuce salad.
