Camel’s drool is a typical Portuguese sweet very tasty and a with creamy texture that delights the whole family, confectioned with condensed milk and eggs.

  • 4 eggs
  • 370 grams / (13 ounces) cooked condensed milk
  • Grated wafer for garnish


    Step 1

    1. Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the egg whites until stiff and set aside.

    Step 2

    1. In a large bowl mix well with a spoon the egg yolks and the condensed milk. Then, fold gently with a spatula the beaten egg whites. Refrigerate for about four hours.

    Step 3

    1. Remove from fridge and serve the sweet garnished with grated wafer.
