Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg / (2 1/4 pounds) chicken cut into pieces
  • 3 medium ripe tomatoes
  • 2 medium onions
  • 50 ml / (3 1/3 tablespoons) olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • Nutmeg (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • Parsley (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)

    Directions

    Step 1


    1. Place the chicken in a saucepan and season with salt, sliced garlics, pepper and nutmeg. Add the onions cut into round slices, the peeled tomatoes cut into small chunks and drizzle with olive oil. Stir and simmer over low heat about 35 to 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Step 2


    1. Turn off the heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with mashed potato.
