  • For the pastry:

  • 50 ml / (3 1/3 tablespoons) cold water
  • 100 grams / (3 1/2 ounces) cold margarine
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • For the filling:
  • 100 grams / (3 1/2 ounces) dark chocolate
  • 50 grams / (1 3/4 ounces) margarine
  • 75 grams / (2 2/3 ounces) dark brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml / (3/4 cup and 1 1/2 tablespoons) heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Grated chocolate for garnish

    Directions

    Step 1

    1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC / (350ºF).
