Delicious muffins, very simple to prepare, with a slight cinnamon aroma, confectioned with cinnamon, sugar, flour and lemon zest, garnished with cinnamon.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 200 grams / (7 ounces) all-purpose flour
  • 200 grams / (7 ounces) sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • Lemon zest

    Directions

    Step 1


    1. With an electric mixer beat the whole eggs along with the sugar and lemon zest until obtain a creamy mixture. Then, add the cinnamon, without stop beating. Finally, wrap the flour mixed with the baking powder.

    Step 2


    1. Grease muffin pans with margarine and sprinkle with flour. Pour small portions of the cream into each one of them and bring to preheated oven at 180°C about 15 to 20 minutes (the time depends on oven).

    Step 3


    1. When they are cooked, remove from oven, unmold, let cool and sprinkle with cinnamon powder.
