HOW TO MAKE BAKED CUTTLEFISH WITH POTATOES AND OLIVE OIL

Step 1: Clean, wash the cuttlefish and cut into pieces.

Step 2: Wash the unpeeled potatoes. In a saucepan with water seasoned with salt cook the potatoes for about 20 minutes. When the potatoes are cooked, drain them and set aside.

Step 3: Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).

Step 4: In a bowl, mix the olive oil, chopped garlic, bay leaf, salt and pepper.
