- 400 grams / (14 ounces) bread cut into slices
- 100 ml / (6 3/4 tablespoons) olive oil
- 6 cloves of garlic
- Pepper (to taste)
- Coriander (to taste)
- Put the olive oil and unpeeled crushed garlics in a frying pan and saute over low heat for about 3 to 4 minutes. Add the bread, season with pepper and chopped coriander and fry it on both sides over medium heat until golden brown.
