A different way of cooking fish, hake loins seasoned with lemon juice, pepper, garlics and salt, fried in olive oil.

Ingredients

  • 600 grams / (1 1/3 pounds) hake loins
  • Juice of one lemon
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • All-purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • Olive oil for frying
  • Salt (to taste)

    Directions

    Step 1


    1. Season the hake loins with lemon, pepper, sliced garlics and salt. Leave to marinate about two hours.

    Step 2


    1. Coat the loins in beaten egg and flour. In a skillet, heat the olive oil and when is hot, add the fish and fry on both sides. When they are fried place them in a platter over absorbent paper.

    Step 3


    1. Serve the hake loins with rice.
