For a delicious and exquisite breakfast, make these milk breads, serve them warm with a hot drink!

Ingredients

  • 100 ml / (6 3/4 tablespoons) milk
  • 60 grams / (2 1/4 ounces) sugar
  • 300 grams / (10 1/2 ounces) white flour
  • 1 tablespoon dry baker’s yeast
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 50 grams / (1 3/4 ounces) margarine

    Directions

    Step 1


    1.     Step 3

    1. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 140ºC / (285ºF).
