Ingredients

  • 250 grams / (8 3/4 ounces) natural yoghurt
  • 5 pineapple slices (about 250 grams / (8 3/4 ounces))
  • 3 peaches
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

    Directions

    Step 1


    1. Peel the peaches and cut into pieces. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until obtain a quite creamy mixture, about 35 seconds.

    Step 2


    1. Pour the milkshake in individual cups and serve cold.
