Ingredients

  • 4 pippin apple
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Cinnamon powder (to taste)
  • 4 tablespoons water

    Directions

    Step 1


    1. Wash, peel the apples and remove the seeds. Cut them into quarters and place in a saucepan with water, cinnamon stick and brown sugar. Stir and cook over low heat about 7 to 8 minutes.

    Step 2


    1. Turn off the heat, place the apple in a bowl together with the sauce and sprinkle with cinnamon powder.
