HOW TO MAKE EASY PORK STEAKS WITH DELICIOUS SAUCE
Step 1: Season the pork steaks with salt, chopped garlic, paprika, nutmeg, white wine, bay leaf cut into small pieces and pepper. Mix well the seasonings in the pork steaks and marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 2: Heat over medium-low heat a frying pan with olive oil and margarine. When the margarine starts to melt, add the pork steaks and the marinade and fry them on both sides over low heat for about 10 to 12 minutes.

- 100 ml (1/2 cup) white wine
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Parsley (to taste)
