HOW TO MAKE STEAKS WITH ONIONS
Step 1: Season the steaks with white wine, sliced garlic, bay leaf, sweet red pepper paste, pepper and salt; set aside.
Step 2: In a frying pan, add the olive oil, the sliced onions and the peeled tomato cut into small chunks. Cook over low heat until the tomato start to break down.
Step 3: Add the steaks and the marinade. Cook the steaks on both sides over low heat for about 10 to 12 minutes.

- 2 medium onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tablespoon sweet red pepper paste
- 75 ml (1/3 cup) white wine
- 2 medium ripe tomatoes
- Parsley (to taste)
- 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
