HOW TO MAKE BEEF STEW WITH POTATOES AND PEAS

Step 1: Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut into cubes.

Step 2: In a large saucepan, add the olive oil, chopped onion, peeled garlic, the beef cut into cubes, potatoes, peeled tomato cut into small chunks, white wine, green pepper cut into strips, bay leaf and the peas.
