A delicious yoghurt sauce, great to serve with meat, prepared with mayonnaise, natural yoghurt, salt, orange juice, mustard and pepper.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 125 grams / (4 1/2 ounces) natural yoghurt
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • Orange juice (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)

    Directions

    Step 1


    1. In a bowl, place the mayonnaise, yoghurt, the mustard, salt, pepper and a few drops of orange juice. Mix well with the help of a spoon and rectify the seasoning if necessary.

    Step 2


    1. A great sauce to serve with meat, especially with burgers.
