HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN WITH GOLDEN POTATOES

Rub the chicken with margarine and season with juice of one lemon, pepper, 2 chopped garlic and salt. Place the onions cut into round slices and the chicken with the marinade on a baking dish.     • 1.5 kg (3 1/3 pounds) chicken cut into pieces
    • 1.2 kg (2 2/3 pounds) small potatoes
    • 2 medium onions
    • 2 tablespoons margarine

    • 150 ml (2/3 cup) white wine
