Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg (3 1/3 pounds) chicken cut into pieces
  • Saffron (to taste)
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 orange
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • Nutmeg (to taste)
  • 75 ml (1/3 cup) olive oil
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • Salt (to taste)

    Directions

    Step 1


    1. Place the chicken on a baking dish and season with salt, saffron, nutmeg, peeled crushed garlic, brown sugar, half lemon juice, half orange juice and olive oil. Let marinate about one hour.
