These tasty grilled breads are perfect to serve before or during a meal with friends. Brush the breads with a delicious sauce made with olive oil, rosemary, garlic and mustard and serve… Bon appetit!!!

Ingredients

  • 250 grams (8 3/4 ounces) natural yogurt
  • 300 grams (about 2 cups) all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Salt (to taste)
  • For the sauce:
  • 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Rosemary (to taste)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Salt (to taste)

    Directions

    Step 1


    1. In an electric mixer with a paddle attachment, beat on medium speed the yogurt, flour, baking powder and the salt until obtain a compact mixture.
