HOW TO MAKE BAKED HAKE WITH TOMATO AND LEMON

Step 1: On a baking dish, add the hake steaks with the onion, the unpeeled tomato and the lemon in half moon slices. Season with salt, oregano, pepper, lemon juice and peeled garlic. TIPS FOR BAKED HAKE WITH TOMATO AND LEMON

1. If the fish starts to brown too much cover with aluminum foil.

2. We usually bake the fish at 180ºC (350ºF) but, if you lower the temperature to 150ºC (300ºF), despite taking longer to bake, it has the advantage of enhancing much more the flavors.
