  • 4 eggs

  • Coriander (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)


    Step 1

    1. Boil the water in a saucepan.

    1. Put the olive oil and the chopped garlic in a frying pan and saute over low heat for about 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
