Ingredients

  • 140 grams (5 ounces) Frankfurter sausages (6 units)
  • 4 eggs
  • A drizzle of olive oil
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 small onion
  • Coriander (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)

    Directions

    Step 1


    1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with a fork and season with a little salt, pepper and chopped coriander.

    Step 2


    1. Place a drizzle of olive oil, the chopped onion and the sausage cut into round slices in a frying pan and saute until the onion start to turn slightly golden brown, stirring occasionally. Add the beaten eggs and cook over medium-low heat until the eggs start to turn yellowish or almost cooked. With a spatula, pull edges of the omelet in toward center (like an envelope). Flip the omelet with a spatula and cook until slightly golden.

    Step 3


    1. Turn off the heat and serve.
