Sausage omelet

A quick recipe, sausage cut into round slices mixed in beaten egg, seasoned with salt, chopped parsley and pepper.

  • 140 grams / (5 ounces) Frankfurter sausages (6 units)
  • 4 eggs
  • A drizzle of olive oil
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 small onion
  • Parsley (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)


    Step 1

    1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with a fork and season with salt, pepper and chopped parsley.

    Step 2

    1. Place the olive oil in a frying pan along with the chopped onion and the sausage cut into round slices. Bring to a low heat and leave to sauté until the onion starts to turn golden. Stir once in a while. Add the beaten eggs and go folding the eggs in the sausages with the help of a spatula. Fry on both sides.

    Step 3

    1. Turn off the heat and serve immediately.
