Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 25 grams (1 ounce) Portuguese chorizo
  • A drizzle of olive oil
  • Parsley (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)

    Directions

    Step 1


    1. Whisk the eggs in a bowl.

    1. Heat over low heat the olive oil in a frying pan. When the olive oil is hot, add the eggs mixture and stir with a spatula for about 4 to 5 minutes until the eggs are cooked.
