If you’re going to prepare a dinner for your family, this is definitely a recipe that everyone will enjoy! The delicious tomato sauce and the seasonings mixed in the meat and the rice makes this recipe creamy and very tasty!

Ingredients

  • 700 grams (1 1/2 ounces) beef cut into cubes
  • 2 medium onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 red pepper sauce
  • 4 medium ripe tomatoes
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
  • 250 grams (1 1/4 cups) rice
  • Salt (to taste)

    Directions

    Step 1


    1. Place the olive oil, chopped onions, chopped garlic, peeled tomatoes cut into small pieces and the red pepper sauce in a saucepan and cook over low for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the meat and season with salt and pepper. Stir, cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat about 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Step 2


    1. Add the rice and season with a little more salt. Mix the rice in the meat, pour the water (twice the rice volume) and boil over medium-high heat. When starts boiling, reduce to low heat and cook about 10 to 12 minutes.

    Step 3


    1. Turn off the heat and serve.
