HOW TO MAKE BAKED TURKEY LOIN WITH LEMON AND CINNAMON

Peel and wash the potatoes. Place the turkey loin on a baking dish together with the potatoes and the sliced onion. Season with lemon juice, peeled garlic, salt, pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon, Worcestershire sauce and olive oil.     Ingredients

    • 1.2 kg (2 2/3 pounds) turkey loin
    • 1.2 kg (2 2/3 pounds) small potatoes
    • 1 large onion
    • 100 ml (1/2 cup) lemon juice
    • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
    • 1/2 pepper
    • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 100 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
    • 5 cloves of garlic
    • Salt (to taste)

    Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
    2. Peel and wash the potatoes. Place the turkey loin on a baking dish together with the potatoes and the sliced onion.
