This homemade yogurt flatbread is soft and fluffy. It's a simple dough made with just 3 ingredients and doesn't need eggs, oil or yeast. It only takes 20 minutes to prepare and 10 minutes to cook (it doesn't need to go to the oven).
It's so simple that anyone can make this delicous yogurt bread. You just need to mix the flour and salt, add the natural yogurt and mix until the dough comes together in a ball. Divide the bread dough in to 8 pieces and roll the dough with a rolling pin. Cook the bread on both sides and serve.

HOW TO MAKE EASY YOGURT FLATBREAD
Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, mix with a wire whisk the flour and salt. Add the yogurt and knead with a dough hook until the dough comes together in a ball.
Step 2: Place the dough on a work surface and knead it a little with your hands. Divide the dough into 8 pieces and roll the dough with a rolling pin.
Step 3: Heat a non-stick frying pan. Cook the bread on both sides over medium-low heat about 5 to 6 minutes (3 minutes on each side).
Step 4: Serve the bread warm with butter, cheese or fruit jam.
RECIPE TIPS
Instead of plain yogurt you can make these breads with greek yogurt.
Don't stress about getting a perfect circle shape when rolling the flatbreads out.
Optional: Brush the flatbreads with olive oil sauce.

- 350 grams (2 1/2 cups) all-purpose flour
- 250 grams (8 3/4 ounces) natural yogurt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon yellow mustard
- Rosemary (to taste)
- 1 clove of garlic
- In a large mixing bowl, mix with a wire whisk the flour and salt. Add the yogurt and knead with a dough hook until the dough comes together in a ball.
- Place the dough on a work surface and knead it a little with your hands. Divide the dough into 8 pieces and roll the dough with a rolling pin.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan. Cook the bread on both sides over medium-low heat about 5 to 6 minutes (3 minutes on each side).
