HOW TO MAKE YOGURT CINNAMON CAKE

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF). Grease a loaf tin with margarine or butter and dust with flour.

Step 2: Beat the brown sugar, butter, eggs and the lemon zest until obtain a homogeneous mixture. Add the yogurt, the cinnamon and beat for 1 to 2 minutes until it’s nicely incorporated.     • 3 medium eggs
    • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
    • 100 grams (1/2 cup) unsalted butter to room temperature
    • 175 grams (1 cup) light brown sugar
    • 175 grams (1 1/4 cups) all-purpose flour
    • Zest of one lemon

    Directions
