  • 150 ml (2/3 cup) olive oil
  • 100 ml (1/2 cup) white wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Pepper (to taste)

  • 1 kg (2 1/4 pounds) potatoes
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt (to taste)

Directions

  2. Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
