HOW TO MAKE COD WITH POTATOES IN THE OVEN:
Cut the cod into pieces. In a baking dish, put the cod pieces, the peeled potatoes, the onion cut in slices, garlic cut in pieces, salt, pepper, the tomato cut into halves, white wine and olive oil.
Bake until golden, about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Turn off the oven and serve.

Ingredients
- 3 desalted cod steaks (about 900 grams (2 pounds))
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) white wine
- Pepper (to taste)
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 150 grams (5 1/3 ounces) grape tomato
- 1 kg (2 1/4 pounds) small potatoes
- 1 medium onion
- Salt (to taste)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
