HOW TO MAKE BEEF STEW WITH POTATOES AND POACHED EGGS

Step 1: Wash and peel the potatoes and the carrots. Cut the potatoes into cubes and the carrots into small pieces; set aside.

Step 2: In a large saucepan, add the olive oil, chopped onion, bay leaf, chopped garlic and the beef. Season with salt and pepper and cook over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes.
