STEP 1 Place the steaks on a glass baking dish and season with white wine, salt, pepper and sliced garlic. Marinate for 1 to 2 hours.

STEP 2 Drizzle the steaks with olive oil and bake until golden, about 45 to 50 minutes.

STEP 3 Turn off the oven and serve the pork steaks with white rice or mashed potatoes.
