STEP 1 Cut the turkey steaks into pieces.

STEP 2 In a skillet, add the olive oil and the chopped onion. Sauté over low heat until the onion start to turn slightly golden.

STEP 3 Add the turkey pieces and the sliced mushrooms. Season with salt, chopped garlic, pepper, paprika and thyme.

STEP 4 Mix well and cook over medium-low heat for about 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.

STEP 5 Pour the cream, stir and cook until the sauce thickens, about 3 to 4 minutes.
