STEP 1 In a bowl of stand mixer, mix the flour and salt.

STEP 2 Add the yogurt and mix in a mixer until the dough comes together in a ball.

STEP 3 Place the dough over a table and knead it a little with your hands. Divide the dough into 8 pieces and roll the dough with a rolling pin.

STEP 4 Heat a non-stick frying pan. Cook the bread on both sides about 5 to 6 minutes (3 minutes on each side).

STEP 5 For the sauce: Place the olive oil, yellow mustard, peeled garlic and the rosemary into a blender. Blend on high for 15 seconds.

STEP 6 Brush the breads with the sauce and serve.
