STEP 1 Mix the flour and salt in the bowl of your mixer. Pour the water and mix with a dough hook until the dough comes together in a ball.

STEP 2 Using a rolling pin, shape the dough into a flat round circle. Spread a drizzle of olive oil and the tomato pulp over the dough.

STEP 3 Add the fresh mozzarella cut into small pieces, grated parmesan cheese, basil leaves and a drizzle of olive oil.

STEP 4 Transfer the pizza to a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 200ºC (400ºF) for 15 to 20 minutes.
