STEP 1 In a large bowl, mix together the flour and the baking powder.

STEP 2 Pour the peeled apple cut into pieces, sugar, milk and the eggs into a blender. Blend until obtain a homogeneous and creamy mixture.

STEP 3 Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, and mix until combined.

STEP 4 In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Cook until there are small bubbles across the surface of the pancake, about 3 min. Flip the pancake with a spatula and cook an additional 1-2 min.

STEP 5 Stack the pancakes on a plate and top with apple slices and a drizzle of honey.
