STEP 1 Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Reserve in the fridge.

STEP 2 In another bowl, beat the egg yolks and the sugar until obtain a creamy mixture.

STEP 3 Add the melted chocolate and beat for 2 to 3 minutes until it’s nicely incorporated.

STEP 4 Add the whipped egg whites and fold gently with a spatula.

STEP 5 Pour the mousse in a large bowl or in individual bowls and refrigerate approximately two hours.
