Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 200 ml (about 1 cup) milk
  • 250 grams (8 3/4 ounces) natural yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar

Directions

  1. Peel the bananas and cut into pieces. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until obtain a creamy mixture, about 30 seconds.
