HOW TO MAKE AIR FRYER CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS
Step 1: In a small bowl, combine the yellow mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, garlic powder, pepper and paprika.
Step 2: Place the chicken drumsticks in a large bowl. Pour the previous mixture over the drumsticks and mix well.
Marinate for about 30 minutes (you can skip the marinade, but our advice is to let the drumsticks marinate for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour).
Step 3: Preheat the air fryer to 200ºC (400ºF).
Step 4: Place the drumsticks in a single layer in the air fryer (with some space between them). You will have to work in batches if your air fryer does not have enough space.
Step 5: Air fry the chicken drumsticks for 18 minutes (200ºC (400ºF)), turning them halfway through.

1. To add a little more flavor to the recipe, marinate the chicken drumsticks for to 2 hours (stir occasionally).
