HOW TO MAKE ROASTED CHICKEN LEGS WITH MUSTARD

Step 1: In a bowl, combine the mustard, grated garlic, salt, nutmeg, oregano, lemon juice and the olive oil. 2. We usually roast the chicken legs at 180ºC (350ºF) but, if you lower the temperature to 150ºC (300ºF), despite taking longer to roast, it has the advantage of enhancing much more the flavors and the chicken gets more tender.
