HOW TO MAKE EASY BAKED CHICKEN WITH CINNAMON AND LEMON:
Place the chicken on a baking dish and season with lemon juice, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, unpeeled crushed garlic, rosemary and olive oil. Let marinate about one hour.
Bake the chicken until golden, about one hour. Occasionally, drizzle the chicken with the sauce. Turn off the oven, garnish with lemon slices and serve with fries or white rice.

- 1.5 kg (3 1/3 pounds) chicken cut into pieces
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- Rosemary branch cut in 8
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Lemon slices for garnish

- Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
- Bake the chicken until golden, about one hour. Occasionally, drizzle the chicken with the sauce.
