HOW TO MAKE EASY BAKED CHICKEN WITH CINNAMON AND LEMON:
Step 1: Place the chicken on a baking dish and season with lemon juice, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, unpeeled crushed garlic, rosemary and olive oil. Let marinate about one hour.
Step 2: Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
Step 3: Bake the chicken until golden, about one hour. Occasionally, drizzle the chicken with the sauce.
Step 4: Turn off the oven, garnish with lemon slices and serve with fries or white rice.

- 1.5 kg (3 1/3 pounds) chicken cut into pieces
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- Rosemary branch cut in 8
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Lemon slices for garnish
