  • 100 ml (1/2 cup) lemon juice
  • 100 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 8 cloves of garlic
  • Rosemary branch cut in 4
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
