RECIPE TIPS
1. If there are any leftovers or if want to save the recipe for another time, store the Bifes de Cebolada in the refrigerator in an airtight container (don't forget to let the steaks cool completely before storing in the refrigerator). The steaks can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 to 3 days.
2. If you have a little more time and want to add more flavor to the recipe, let the steaks marinate for about 1 hour.
3. If you want to make the recipe even quicker, replace the fresh tomatoes with tomato pulp. The steaks will lose some of their flavor, but the recipe will be simpler and quicker.
4. You can season the Bifes de Cebolada with another type of aromatic herbs, such as parsley or chopped coriander (season with these two ingredients after turning off the heat).
