HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN STEAKS WITH COFFEE SAUCE
Step 1: Season the steaks with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Step 2: In a bowl, dissolve with a spoon the corn starch in the milk; set aside.
Step 3: Heat the margarine in a frying pan. Add the steaks and fry them on both sides over medium-low heat for about 7 to 8 minutes. When the steaks are fried, remove them to a plate and set aside.
Step 4: Add the wine, coffee and the corn starch mixed in the milk to the frying pan and stir with a spoon until the sauce thickens. Add the steaks back to the frying pan and drizzle with the sauce. Sprinkle with chopped rosemary and turn off the heat.
Step 5: Serve the steaks with white rice.

- 500 grams (17 1/2 ounces) chicken steaks
- 50 ml (1/4 cup) strong coffee
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) milk
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 80 grams (1/3 cup) margarine (or butter)
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) red wine
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- Rosemary (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Season the steaks with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Let marinate about 30 minutes.
