HOW TO PREPARE BREADED CHICKEN STEAKS:

Season the steaks with a little salt, lemon juice, sliced garlic, nutmeg and pepper. Let marinate about two hours.
Coat the steaks in beaten egg and breadcrumbs and fry on both sides in hot oil. When the steaks are fried, place them on a dish with absorbent paper. Serve the chicken steaks with fries or carrot rice.
