HOW TO MAKE BREADED CHICKEN STEAKS
Step 1: Season the steaks with a little salt, lemon juice, sliced garlic, nutmeg and pepper. Let marinate about two hours.
Step 2: Coat the steaks in beaten egg and breadcrumbs and fry on both sides in hot oil. When the steaks are fried, place them on a dish with absorbent paper.
Step 3: Serve the chicken steaks with fries or carrot rice.

- 600 grams (1 1/3 pounds) chicken steaks
- Nutmeg (to taste)
- Juice of one lemon
- Pepper (to taste)
- 1 egg
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt (to taste)
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Season the steaks with a little salt, lemon juice, sliced garlic, nutmeg and pepper. Let marinate about two hours.
- Coat the steaks in beaten egg and breadcrumbs and fry on both sides in hot oil. When the steaks are fried, place them on a dish with absorbent paper.

Note: We usually season this type of recipes for two hours, but you can season the steaks in the morning and have them for dinner. The steaks taste much better if they marinate longer (Our advice is never marinate for more than 12 hours and never marinate for less than 1 hour).
