HOW TO MAKE STUFFED TURKEY STEAKS

Step 1: Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Place two cheese slices and two ham slices on top of each steak. Roll them tightly and season with lemon juice, nutmeg and thyme. Let marinate about 30 minutes.

Step 2: Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).

Step 3: Place the stuffed steaks on a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.

Step 4: Turn off the oven and serve the stuffed steaks with fries or white rice.
