- Turkey loin, lemon juice, cinnamon powder, onion, olive oil
HOW TO MAKE BAKED TURKEY LOIN WITH LEMON AND CINNAMON
Peel and wash the potatoes. Place the turkey loin on a baking dish together with the potatoes and the sliced onion. Season with lemon juice, peeled garlic, salt, pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon, Worcestershire sauce and olive oil. Bake until golden, about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Occasionally, drizzle the loin and the potatoes with the sauce. Turn off the oven and serve.

- 1.2 kg (2 2/3 pounds) turkey loin
- 1.2 kg (2 2/3 pounds) small potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
- 5 cloves of garlic
- Salt (to taste)
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
