HOW TO MAKE TURKEY LOIN WITH POTATOES:
Place the loin on a baking dish and season with salt, peeled onions cut into slices, unpeeled crushed garlic, orange juice, pepper, nutmeg, rosemary, orange juice and olive oil. Garnish with orange cut into slices and bake until slightly golden, about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Occasionally, drizzle the loin with the sauce. Turn off the oven and serve the turkey loin with fries or rice.

- 1.2 kg (2 2/3 pounds) turkey loin
- 2 medium onions
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) orange juice
- Rosemary (to taste)
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
- 5 cloves of garlic
- Pepper (to taste)

- 1 orange
