  • 2 medium onions
  • 100 ml (1/2 cup) orange juice
  • Rosemary (to taste)
  • 100 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • Nutmeg (to taste)
  • 1 orange
  • Salt (to taste)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
