HOW TO MAKE EASY TURKEY AND SAUSAGE RICE:
In a saucepan, add the chopped onion, chopped garlic and the olive oil. Sauté on a low heat until the onion start to turn slightly golden. Add the turkey steaks cut into pieces and the sausages cut into slices. Stir and season with pepper, nutmeg and tomato pulp. Stir and cook on a medium-low heat for about 5 minutes. Add the rice and season with salt. Mix everything well and pour the chicken broth. Heat over medium-high heat until starts boiling. When starts boiling, reduce to low heat and cook the rice for 10 to 12 minutes. Turn off the heat and serve.

- 350 grams (12 1/3 ounces) turkey steaks
- 6 Frankfurter sausages (about 150 grams (5 1/3 ounces))
- 800 ml (3 1/2 cups) chicken broth
- 1 large onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 200 grams (1 cup) rice
- 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
- 100 grams (3 1/2 ounces) tomato pulp
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon salt
