This recipe is for those days of the week when time is short. This delicious chicken rice it's a simple and quick recipe with excellent presentation! Your kids will love it! Bon appetit!!!

- Chicken steaks, olive oil, onion, rice, tomato pulp, raw bacon

HOW TO MAKE SIMPLE CHICKEN RICE:

In a saucepan, sauté on a medium-low heat the olive oil, chopped onion, chopped garlic and the bacon cut into pieces for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the chicken steaks cut into pieces and season with salt, nutmeg, Worcestershire sauce and tomato pulp. Stir and cook on a medium-low heat for 7 to 8 minutes. Add the rice and season with a little more salt. Mix the rice in the meat and let it fry for 1 to 2 minutes. Pour the chicken broth, stir and bring to a boil on a medium-high heat. When starts boiling, reduce to low heat and cook for 10 to 12 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped coriander, stir, turn off the heat and serve.

  • 200 grams (1 cup) rice
  • Coriander (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)
