HOW TO MAKE SIMPLE CHICKEN RICE:
In a saucepan, sauté on a medium-low heat the olive oil, chopped onion, chopped garlic and the bacon cut into pieces for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the chicken steaks cut into pieces and season with salt, nutmeg, Worcestershire sauce and tomato pulp. Stir and cook on a medium-low heat for 7 to 8 minutes. Add the rice and season with a little more salt. Mix the rice in the meat and let it fry for 1 to 2 minutes. Pour the chicken broth, stir and bring to a boil on a medium-high heat. When starts boiling, reduce to low heat and cook for 10 to 12 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped coriander, stir, turn off the heat and serve.

- 400 grams (14 ounces) chicken steaks
- 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
- 50 grams (1 3/4 ounces) raw bacon
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 medium onion
- 500 ml (about 2 cups) chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 100 grams (3 1/2 ounces) tomato pulp
- 200 grams (1 cup) rice
- Coriander (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
