HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN AND CARROT RICE:
Step 1: In a saucepan, add the chopped onion, the peeled tomato cut into small chunks, the turkey steaks cut into pieces, the peeled carrot cut into small pieces, chopped garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper. Stir and cook over low heat about 30 minutes.
Step 2: Add the rice and season with a little more salt. Mix the rice in the meat and pour the chicken broth. Stir, cover the pan with a lid and boil over medium-high heat. When starts boiling, reduce to low heat and let the rice cook for about 15 minutes.
Step 3: Turn off the heat and serve.

- 400 grams (14 ounces) chicken steaks
- 2 medium carrots
- 200 grams (1 cup) rice
- 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
- 500 ml (about 2 cups) chicken broth
- 3 medium ripe tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 large onion
- Pepper (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
Directions
