HOW TO MAKE BAKED CHICKEN WITH CHERRY TOMATO AND CARROT

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).

Step 3: Bake until golden brown, about 1 hour.

TIPS FOR BAKED CHICKEN WITH CHERRY TOMATO AND CARROT

1. If the chicken starts to brown too much cover with aluminum foil.

2. We usually bake the chicken at 180ºC (350ºF) but, if you lower the temperature to 150ºC (300ºF), despite taking longer to bake, it has the advantage of enhancing much more the flavors and the chicken gets more tender.
